In a couple of weeks this fella will be on his own for a night...he sleeps against me at night...well, whenever he can actually. I saw the sleep doc today and he thinks I have sleep apnea... so does my doc and the hospital...anyway, I am scheduled for an overnighter with hookups and all. The monitor your heart and your brain as well as the rest of you while you sleep. It oughta be interesting.He thinks that my Mom and Sis should have one as well...hear that you two?

It looks ridiculous but it works. You cannot turn over on your back while you sleep, so your aveola cannot start flapping.
I have been cleared to have the laser surgery for snoring, but I think it might not be necessary now that I have the shirt.
Have the surgery.
