I crawled out of bed this morning, got cleaned up and headed over to Woods. It's a coffee place, like Starbucks, but a little more comfortable to me. I met a friend there for coffee. and it was great to see her. She's easy to talk to and is very understanding of the aches and pains my body has! She suggested we make it a regular once a month happening and I said we should make it every two weeks if not more! I enjoyed it.
She had noticed that I wasn't doing crafty things and posting them here. So she figured I needed some perking up and she was right.

So here is something I worked on last night. I don't draw and it's rare for me to draw something that I approve of. i liked this lady and I love coffee. Well there ya go. I have a lot to do to this but it's a beginning.

Omega 3's help pain and helps
inflamation.
You can get Omega 3's from, Flaxseed oil if your a vegetarian, Codliver Oil, Fish Oil, the best one I heard comes from Green Lipped Muscle. You do not heat these oils. You just take the amount reccomended.
I watch Valerie Saxion and Dr. to Dr on Tuesday's at 9:00am on TBN. You'll learn a lot about the body and disease from these shows.
