This fella or little lady was discovered in our slate pile this evening.
Can anyone identify this snake?
He has a creamy or yellow belly and slithers.
He's about ten inches long.
He is on the Eastern side of the Coastal range of Western Oregon.

Maybe a common garter snake? There are lots of snake photos on the internet, or maybe you could call your county extension agent and find out. He's kinda pretty. xoxo
