last night I went to a Stampin' Up party. It was fun, we made two cards and bought stuff. I bought stamps to use with ...well all that I want to create. Sitting in the group felt like being in a class where everyone was afraid to do something different than the dealers example. She saw me trying different ways of placing things and then the lady next to me changed it up. One of the ladies said, "no that's not right", but I thought she did great, so did the dealer. I like the idea that she wasn't afraid to do something different.
I've been working on pages for a crow book my sister and I are working on. I gave my brother long black ribbon wings. Today I will finish my sisters page. She'll be pleased. I'll post them when I finish. I still need to buy Gesso and twinkling h2o's so my things can have that sparkle they need, but I'm cheap...that stuff's 'spensive! I'll do it though...I will.
Enjoy the day.
